Sports Massage

Sports Massage is designed to relieve tight and fatigued muscles. It is useful in the management of sports injuries as well as rehabilitation following injury. Massage improves soft tissue flexibility and blood flow. It can help with the recovery process following strenuous exercise like marathon running or triathlon but is also a useful adjunct to have along side your regular training.

We often suggest endurance athletes have regular sports massage to help prevent injury. Our therapists also specialise in Swedish deep tissue massage and massage for stress relief.
